Bring me the thing you can’t quite work out.

Bespoke business coaching for the things you can’t Google.

You know your business - you built it. You’ve made difficult decisions and you are the one who figured out a hell of a lot alone.

But every now and then, you hit something you can’t quite see clearly from inside it. A decision you’re circling or, more likely, a problem that keeps coming back. Maybe it is even an opportunity you can’t decide whether to take or simply the feeling that something isn’t working the way it should.

That’s where I come in, the Horizon 1:1 gives us two private sessions to get underneath what’s going on, work out what actually needs your attention and decide what you’re going to do about it.

FOR WOMEN WHO ALREADY KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS

You’re not here because you don’t know enough.

You’ve built something real, made the hard decisions and solved problems that nobody taught you how to solve.

You’ve learned through experience what works and you've learnt the hard way what very definitely doesn’t.

But as your business grows, the decisions become less black and white, there isn’t always an obvious right answer.

Sometimes both options make sense, sometimes the numbers say one thing and your gut says another. Sometimes you’ve looked at something for so long that you genuinely can’t see it anymore, you find yourself feeling blank and directionless.

And at the same time, you are still the person everyone else is looking to for the answer.

That’s a very particular place to be.

And it’s why having the right person to think with you can be incredibly valuable.

MORE INFORMATION ISN’T THE ANSWER

You don’t need more business advice.

You’ve read the books.

Listened to the podcasts.

Sat in the workshops.

Saved the Instagram posts.

You've even worked with a business coach before.

You don’t need someone to tell you to set better goals, delegate more, know your numbers or spend more time "working on the business".

You already know this.

The difficult bit isn’t finding more advice, it’s knowing what applies here.

To this business, at this point.

With these people, these numbers.

With the life you actually want to live and with the constraints that actually exist.

Because information is everywhere.

Judgment isn’t.

Bring me the thing.

The decision you keep going backwards and forwards on.

The opportunity that looks good on paper, but something about it doesn’t sit right.

The conversation you know you need to have but haven’t worked out how. The plan you want someone intelligent to challenge before you commit to it.

Or simply:

“Something isn’t working. I just can’t work out what.”

You don’t need to package it neatly before you arrive.

You don’t need to know exactly what the problem is.

And you definitely don’t need to arrive with the answer.

That’s what we’re here to work out.

No two Horizon 1:1's should look exactly the same.

Because no two businesses do.

We might spend most of our time looking at a spreadsheet, pulling apart a decision or you’re telling me about a conversation you’ve been avoiding.

Maybe you arrive convinced you know what the problem is and leave realising we need to solve something completely different.

My job is to listen, understand the context, ask good questions, challenge you when I think you’re looking in the wrong place, look at the facts, listen to the intuitive nudges and help you see what can be remarkably difficult to see when you’re standing in the middle of it.

Your business. Your reality. Your next move.
