CHAPTER TWO
You've built the business.
Now let's make it work for what you want next.
You don't need to prove that you can do hard things.
You've already built something successful.
Chapter Two is about what happens after that.
Building a business that performs commercially and gives you the time, capacity and choice to live the life you actually want.
Becoming the CEO capable of leading it there.
And doing it without assuming the answer is always more.
Chapter Two is a high-touch, 12-month experience beginning in 2027. Join the waitlist to be the first to receive application details.

IMAGINE THIS...
It's Monday morning.
And you don't have that feeling.
The Sunday afternoon anxiety doesn't haunt you from the day before. The mental list is no longer running before you've opened your eyes. The sense that you're behind before the week has even started.
Instead, there's space.
You've exercised. You've dropped the kids at school. You've had time
to think before anyone needs anything from you.
Your diary has white space in it. Time to think and breathe.
You aren't running from one meeting to the next, fighting fires,
already late.
And when you do sit down with your team, the meeting is useful.
They're prepared, bringing you the information you actually need.
You only make the decisions that need you and then everyone gets
on with it.
You know where the business is going. You know what the numbers are telling you. You know what you're working towards.
And there's an almost inevitable feeling about hitting the targets because you're no longer relying on hope, adrenaline and heroic effort to get there.
You can go outside between meetings and drink a cup of tea.
Without feeling guilty about it.
You think. You create. You are ambitious. You make serious money.
And when the laptop closes, you still have something left.
For your children. Your partner. Your friends. Your body. Yourself.
That is the kind of success I'm interested in.

SUCCESS, REDEFINED
What if the business wasn't the dream?
What if it was part of what made the dream possible?
When I think about success, I don't only think about revenue or profit.
I think about the life the business creates, what the business can give us.
The financial means to make choices, the time to actually enjoy them,
the capacity to show up in the other parts of your life the way you want to.
The ability to look around one day and realise:
This is the life I used to imagine having.
I don't believe women should have to choose between being deeply ambitious and deeply present.
Between making extraordinary money and having time.
Between commercial ambition and intuition.
Between being powerful and being soft.
Between building something significant and actually enjoying the process of building it.
I believe in AND.
And I believe your business should help make more of those ANDs possible.
BUT RIGHT NOW...
The business might not feel like that yet.
It's successful, yes. But it's demanding and you're still involved in too much.
Your team is good and yet decisions have a habit of finding their way back to you.
You're still the best salesperson, operator and problem-solver in the room.
There are systems, people, plans but growth somehow keeps adding complexity instead of removing it.
Revenue is growing, but it doesn't feel easier and you know the business is capable of more...
...but you're no longer convinced that doing more is the answer.
Good.
Because neither am I.

You think you know what the problem is.
You think you need more sales or, that you need another employee.
Maybe.
You think your marketing isn't working or, that you
need better systems.
Maybe.
You think you need to delegate more.
Maybe.
But before we spend your time,
money and energy solving what you
think the problem is, there's a
question I want to ask:
Is that actually the
problem?
You can execute the solution beautifully and still be
exactly where you started.

“The results speak for themselves.”
More revenue. More financial clarity. More confidence.
This is why I believe the right support should do more than make you feel inspired.
It should change something in the business.

WELCOME TO...
Chapter Two
A year to deliberately build what comes next.
Chapter Two is my highest-touch, 12-month experience for established women business owners.
It's where we step out of the noise of running the business and work on the questions that actually determine where it goes next.
-
What are you trying to build?
-
What does that business need to look like commercially?
-
What's standing in the way?
-
What's actually causing it?
-
What needs to change?
And what does the business need from you now?
There is no generic Chapter Two.
Because there is no generic business.
We work on yours.

I've coached businesses.
But more importantly, I've run one.
There is something about sitting in the CEO seat that I don’t believe you can fully understand until you’ve done it.
The weight of knowing the decision is yours, knowing people’s livelihoods are affected by the decisions you make. Making a call when there isn’t enough information to know with certainty that it’s the right one and being the person everyone looks to when you’re privately wondering what the hell to do next.
I’ve lived that. Before Her Horizon, I spent years as a CEO. My background spans mathematics, technology, insurance, strategy, people, financials and AI & innovation.
I’ve made the difficult commercial decisions and I’ve got them right. But I have also gotten some of them seriously wrong
I’ve had to keep going either way.
And that experience fundamentally changes the way I work with business owners now. I won’t give you a generic formula because your business isn’t generic. I won’t automatically accept the problem you bring me as the problem we need to solve.
Are you okay if I call bullshit? Because I think we need to have an honest conversation.
"FROM REACTIVE TO STRATEGIC"
The goal isn't to become better at firefighting.
It's to stop building a business that constantly needs you to.
There is a point where being the person who can fix everything stops being an advantage.
The next stage requires clearer structures, better information and the space to make decisions before they become problems.
This is the shift.
Less reacting. More leading.

THE 5D METHOD
You don't need someone else to have all the answers.
You need a way to find the right ones.
Throughout Chapter Two, we'll use The 5D Method to help you work out what your business actually needs next.

Because the goal isn't to create a business that never has another problem.
That's impossible.
The goal is to become the CEO who knows what to do when it does.
AND YES, WE'LL TALK ABOUT THE NUMBERS
Because a beautiful business still has to be a good business.
Chapter Two isn't about choosing lifestyle over commercial performance.
I want both.

A commercially strong business, deliberately designed around the future you're trying to create.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
“Sometimes the biggest shift isn't in the business first. It's in what you believe you're allowed to want from it.”
You are allowed to want more. More money. More space. More ambition. More life.
Not necessarily more work.

WHO THE CHAPTER TWO WOMAN IS...
I don't want to drag you through this year.
The women I do my best work with move.
You bring something to the table.
I challenge it.
You challenge me back.
We think.
You make the decision.
You go away and implement it.
Then you come back with what happened.
And we think again.
It's a ping-pong match.
You're prepared to look at the numbers.
You're willing to admit when something isn't working.
You're open to discovering that the thing you thought was the problem isn't actually the problem.
You don't need me to run your business for you.
And you're not looking for someone to tell you you're doing everything right.
You want to build something extraordinary.
And you're prepared to change in order to do it.

CHAPTER TWO · 2027
You've already proved you can build it.
Now you get to decide what happens next.
Chapter Two begins in 2027.
It's intentionally intimate and high-touch, so places will be limited.
If you've read this page thinking:
This is the kind of business I want.
This is the kind of CEO I want to become.
This is the kind of conversation I've been looking for.
Put your name on the waitlist now.
Chapter One was about proving you could build it.
Chapter Two is yours to write.
